Children | Infants through 5th grade will check in at Sycamore Square, the children's classroom wing. If you're visiting without a friend or family member that attends Bartlett Woods, just ask any of our friendly greeters or members for Sycamore Square! Children at Sycamore Square will be checked in and receive either a name sticker or security bracelet. These afford parents and guardians the peace of mind knowing that only they will be able to pick up their children. At check in, you will be given the opportunity to meet teachers and inform them of any allergies, special needs, or drop-off instructions. The check in worker will then lead you to the class for your child or student. When the class period is over, you will walk back to Sycamore Square and show the teacher your name sticker or security bracelet.
Youth | If you're in the 6th-12th grade, that means you'll be having Bible Class with the BWYG. All 6th-12th graders meet at 9am in room 102, which is more commonly called "the youth room." On a normal Sunday morning we'll have youth announcements, take prayer requests, pray, THEN we'll have class together.
Adult | Each Sunday and Wednesday we offer a variety of adult Bible studies. Most adult classes are located in our 200 classrooms on either side of our auditorium. The exceptions to this is our Sunday Ladies' class (Rm 118) and Sunday Young Adults Class for adults 18–30 years old (Rm 100). On Sundays, all adults go straight to classrooms at 9:00 am. On Wednesdays, adults attend a period of devotion and singing at 7:00 pm and then go to classes. Check the Bible class page for a list of current classes.
Every Sunday we meet at 10 AM to worship with the whole church. In the lobby at church, there are Sidekick Notebooks available for children to use during the Worship service. Located in the Snail Mail Box is Snail Mail for Children to complete during the Worship service. They can take notes, and then turn it back in at the mailbox after service. Many of the youth groupers will sit at the front-right of the auditorium, but some will sit with their parents. Feel free to join in the "youth-group" section, if you'd like! In our worship we will pray, sing, read scripture, take the Lord's Supper, give back to God, and we'll hear a sermon from the Bible.
Every Sunday night we start off by meeting in the Auditorium for a devotional. We will sing songs, pray, read scripture, and have a short devotional. After the devotional, you have the choice to either join a discussion group to further talk about Sunday morning's lesson, or you can stay in the Auditorium for a class. Depending on the month, the discussion groups are split up by age or you will draw a number to decide which group to go to. Children 3 and under will go to the nursery for their class, and children 4 years and older will go to the Faith Builders room for their class. When the discussion group is over, everyone will meet back in the auditorium for a song and dismissal prayer.
Every Wednesday night, the whole congregation starts off in the Auditorium for a devotional where we will spend time singing, reading scripture, and prayer. There will be a short devotional given by a member.

In our Mid-Week Bible Class we will start off our time together with a song, announcements, and then a devotional. After the devotional we divide up into small groups called "Oasis Groups" to discuss the devotional, but also simply spend time together. Wednesdays are one of our favorite times together. If you're wanting to know what we're all about, then Wednesday is the night we recommend for you!
